Customer Knowledge Platform

OneView is an application built on top of the customer knowledge platform and serves as the primary resource for the sales team in evaluating sales opportunities. Over many iterations, new data sources are integrated to enrich the insights we can provide the sales team. When Microsoft acquired LinkedIn, the team wanted to show how we could leverage this acquisition by incorporating their data into OneView. The mockups below represent how we mapped key customer contacts to their corresponding LinkedIn profiles.
